Kerry Katona has wowed her fans with a new update as she continues her weight loss journey. At the start of this year Kerry, 42, vowed to lose three stone ahead of her wedding to fiancé Ryan Mahoney and she's been keeping followers informed about her progress. "My routine became all over the place and I was eating badly and I didn’t have the time to train as much as I would like to.

But now I want to get back to my very best. I want to be the best version of myself in 2023," Kerry wrote in her OK! Magazine column in January. "I want to get back to eating well, not having takeaways, doing lots of yoga and meditation and getting back into training with my fitness brand M-Fit.
