The model, 44, who shot to fame as a Page 3 girl in the early 2000s, has launched a new weight and wellness podcast, titled Life Gains, in collaboration with Big Narstie, where they will discuss their motivations and experiences from their own journeys.
At the launch of the new podcast, Kelly, who is an ambassador for SlimFast, opened up about her body image and how she isn't focusing on losing weight, as she simply wants to be the "best version" of herself instead. "I don't want to be a size zero.
I don't want to set myself unachievable goals. It's just about being the best version of myself now," the Heart Radio host told MailOnline.
