If you were to tell any of us a year ago that Jake Tapper would be saying that he “aspires to be brat” live on CNN while analyzing Kamala Harris‘s presidential campaign strategy, it would be hard to believe.
Since President Biden officially withdrew his reelection campaign on Sunday afternoon, the internet quickly rallied behind Harris as the new democratic nominee in the best way they know how: memes.
