Manchester United's transfer plans will gain momentum once a decision on Erik ten Hag is communicated. A decision on Ten Hag was expected to be announced after the FA Cup final, but sources reiterated the season would be reviewed and a decision would follow.
The announcement on whether Ten Hag will be given another year should come this week and reaching a swift decision is important ahead of the summer transfer window.
Premier League clubs will be allowed to conduct business from June 14, the same day as the opening European Championship game, and the window will close on August 30.
