Jamie Laing has revealed that he and wife Sophie Habboo have already been in couples therapy, despite being married for less than a year.

The former Made in Chelsea couple officially tied the knot at a registry office in London on April 14, 2023, before throwing a lavish second wedding in Spain two months later, which was attended by many of their celebrity pals.

Jamie, 35, appeared on Good Morning Britain on Wednesday, 7 February to raise awareness about Tinnitus, from which he suffers - as does GMB host Susanna Reid.

During his appearance, Jamie spoke about having couples therapy with wife, Sophie, 30. Richard Madely, who was hosting the show alongside Susanna, asked Jamie: "So, do you hear things from her [Sophie] during therapy that surprise you, and you think, 'oh god I didn't know that'?" Jamie joked that he thought he was "amazing" and "didn't have any faults" as Susanna and Richard laughed, but he then admitted he realised that he, in fact, does.
