I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here fans were left stunned by the unique way Sam Thompson was helped to finish his last Bushtucker trial of the series.

The former Made in Chelsea star made it to the final of the ITV reality show on Sunday night (December 10) alongside Nigel Farage and Tony Bellew.

The last episode of the 2023 series, hosted by Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnely saw the three finalists take on their last trial in a bid to win their own chosen three-course meal to be eaten during their last night Down Under.

Ex-boxer Tony kicked things off and was covered in buckets of mealworms, fish guts, offal, cockroaches, scorpions and spiders as he completed his final Bushtucker trial During the trial he cursed everyone on the set, exclaiming: “Why am I picked for this?” and branding the crew "disgusting bad people", adding: "This is a disgrace."
