A selfless Brit who has flown out to Tenerife to help in the search for Jay Slater has said he is not leaving until the teenager is found as he revealed a 'dangerous' new area being searched by rescue teams.
Climber Paul Arnott, from Bedfordshire, said he 'came straight out' after seeing Jay's family issue desperate appeals for assistance after he vanished.
Jay, from Lancashire, was reported missing on June 17 while on a holiday with friends. He attended the NRG rave in the Playa de las Americas resort, before reportedly travelling over 30km to stay in the rural village of Masca with two men he had met. Paul, 29, cancelled a charity fundraiser to fly to the island and join in the search and rescue efforts on Saturday (June 22).
