Celine Dion has revealed the extent of her rare neurological disorder in heart-breaking scenes as part of her new Amazon Prime Video documentary.

The French-Canadian singer, 56, is famed for her power ballads including 1997's My Heart Will Go On which sound tracked Titanic.

But in I Am: Celine Dion, directed by Irene Taylor, the star shows how Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS) has hindered her ability to sing.

SPS is a rare autoimmune neurological disorder that usually causes muscle stiffness and painful spasms which worsen over time.
