It was revealed that she managed to reach a settlement with her estranged husband, Kurt Iswarienko, just one day before her death.
In a rare move, a judge signed off on the case two days later, granting Shannen a posthumous divorce on July 15. Court documents revealed that Shannen had agreed to waive spousal support and opted for a "default or uncontested dissolution" of her marriage to Kurt.
Reports suggest that the actress will keep their Malibu home, a Salvador Dali painting, several cars and all earnings from her successful acting career.
