The owner of a tanning salon in Oldham said she was left ‘truly disgusted’ after discovering a customer had urinated whilst using a sunbed for less than ten minutes.

Odelle Burney, who runs The Tanning Room salon on Thomas Street in Lees, said a customer went to use one of the sunbeds on Thursday afternoon (March 2) for a six-minute session.

Shortly after the woman left, Odelle said staff realised that the customer had urinated on the sunbed. Odelle said it’s the fifth time that such an incident has happened in the ten years she’s owned the shop. "She put her tokens in, opened the bed’s door and then ended up slipping on the mat because it was so wet.
