Speaking exclusively to the Express, Lindsey Chastain, founder of The Waddle and Cluck, a blog about all things home and garden, has shared some advice.
She claimed that hydrangeas produce their "best blooms that have intense colour when fed a steady diet of rich fertiliser.” An essential part about caring for hydrangea plants is ensuring they receive the nutrients they need to produce those stunning blossoms we all adore.
And fertilising is key. However, if you would rather opt for one that isn't all about chemicals and avoid a trip to the sore, the expert recommends putting your kitchen scraps to work to “cultivate vibrant hydrangea flowers”.
