nypost.comTodd Rundgren delivered hits from his legendary catalog to fans all over North America.This fall, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer is going to do it once again.Starting in September, the “Hello, It’s Me” singer will resume his ‘Me/We Tour’ and perform at theaters, auditoriums, halls, performing arts centers, playhouses, vineyards and hotels.That includes shows at Hammondsport, NY’s Point of the Bluff Vineyards on Sept.
22 and NYC’s Town Hall on Sunday, Oct. 20 as well as a pair of gigs at Woodstock’s Bearsville Theatre on Tuesday, Oct. 22 and Wednesday, Oct.
