Former Top Gear presenter Chris Harris has broken his silence on co-star Freddie Flintoff's crash, revealing he had warned BBC bosses that "someone was going to die" due to safety shortcomings on the show.
In a startling new interview, Chris recalls believing Freddie had died following the incident in December 2022. He criticises the BBC for allegedly dismissing his concerns prior to the accident and cites other instances where safety was jeopardised.
In a revealing conversation with Joe Rogan, Chris explains how Freddie, who wasn't wearing a helmet, wasn't adequately briefed before driving the Morgan three-wheeler car.
The shoot was "rushed", leaving him and another person familiar with the car without time to properly advise Freddie. Reflecting on the day of the accident, he says: "He wasn't wearing a crash helmet.
