It's taken 39 years but Graeme Souness reckons Scotland have finally gone full circle - and are ready to take on anyone.Steve Clarke's side sent Spain homeward to think again on Tuesday evening on one of the best nights Hampden Park has seen in the modern era.
The national stadium was roaring as a Scott McTominay double shot down Rodri and co and gave the Scots a cushion at the top of Euro 2024 qualifying Group A after just two games.
It's been steady improvement under Clarke but Rangers and Liverpool hero Souness, who was part of the last Scotland side to beat Spain back in 1984, feels it's gone full-circle since then.
He recalls what it felt like when Scotland were capable of beating anyone, and reckons Clarke's side have finally got them back there.
