Weather presenter Laura Tobin quickly spoke out in her defence on Good Morning Britain, insisting "It's not my fault" after Ed Balls recalled an incident involving the clocks going back.
On Monday's (October 28) instalment of the well-loved ITV breakfast programme, viewers saw Ed alongside his co-presenter Charlotte Hawkins as they navigated through the day's top stories.
As Laura joined the duo to present her usual weather update, the conversation swiftly veered towards the moment the clocks changed back to Greenwich Mean Time on Sunday morning, marking the end of British Summer Time.
Charlotte started off by saying: "The clocks went back yesterday and what a glorious day." This prompted Ed to admit with a degree of confusion that his clock hadn't updated, revealing: "It didn't change in my room, it said 7am and I was late.
