Gogglebox star Jenny Newby has been flooded with messages as she revealed a new addition to the family for the first time. The favourite on the Channel 4 show is currently off-screens but fans are used to seeing her alongside best pal Lee Riley in his caravan.

And with the hit programme currently off-air, fans have been looking to social media for updates and it appears Jenny had a lovely one for her followers to enjoy.

The 67-year-old has become a great-grandma for the third time and couldn't wait to show off the new bundle of joy. In a photo shared to her and Lee’s joint Instagram account, a beaming Jenny looked as proud as punch as she cuddled up to a baby girl who could be seen wrapped in a blanket and wearing a tiny pink knitted hat. It then added: "More babysitting duties I think." Her Gogglebox co-stars were quick to offer their congratulations, with Ellie Warner, who became a first-time mum earlier this year, commented: "Congratulations Jenny and family," while her youngest sister Izzi added: "Congratulations Jenny she’s absolutely adorable."
