Girls Aloud have announced that they will be going on tour across the UK and Ireland - two years after bandmate Sarah Harding tragically passed away.
Singers Cheryl, Nicola Roberts, Kimberley Walsh and Nadine Coyle, who have been posting cryptic messages on social media this week, have finally revealed that they are set to reunite and head on the road next year.
Announcing the exciting news on Instagram on Wednesday 22 November, a post read: “We’re so excited to announce that we will be touring the UK & Ireland in May and June 2024. “A celebration of Sarah, our music and our incredible fans.
We can’t wait to sing and dance with you all once again. - Cheryl, Kimberley, Nadine & Nicola." Speaking to British Vogue about the news, Kimberley explained that they’re determined to give Sarah, who died aged 39 after being diagnosed with breast cancer, her time to shine on the tour. “I think we channelled our grief into all the fundraising we did for The Sarah Harding Breast Cancer Appeal and that helped us a lot.
