Gina Carano Responds After Disney's Attempt to Get Lawsuit Over 'Mandalorian' Firing Dismissed is Denied

Disney did not have a good day in court amid their attempts to get Gina Carano‘s lawsuit against them dismissed.

As an initial matter, unlike the Boy Scouts or the Jaycees, Defendants are not members-only, nonprofit organizations.
