Fremantle, the company behind top-rated unscripted shows such as American Idol, America’s Got Talent and Password, continues to expand its unscripted development team.
On the heels of the company’s appointment of Jimmy Fox as EVP of Unscripted Development and Sales, Fremantle has named Megan McGrath Senior Vice President of Unscripted Development.
Additionally, Fox has brought on Stephanie Valentin and Emily Bon as Vice Presidents of Unscripted Development. The three will team with Fox to strengthen existing properties and pave the way for new programs and formats. “Fremantle is already the home to some of the world’s best-known titles in the unscripted world and our team is up to the challenge to identify the next wave of culture-defining series” said Fox. “With each of their unique backgrounds and individual perspectives when it comes to ideation, I’m inspired by our ability to create a diverse slate of projects across a wide spectrum of genres for the US market and beyond.” McGrath is the creator and executive producer of the hit Netflix competition series Floor is Lava.
Before joining Fremantle, she served as Head of Development & Current at Haymaker, Creative Executive at Paramount, and Creative Consultant at MGM.
