Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. In 1991, Lopez began appearing as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, where she remained a regular until she decided to pursue an acting career in 1993. For her first leading role in the 1997 Selena biopic of the same name, Lopez received a Golden Globe nomination and became the first Latin actress to earn over US$1 million for a film. She went on to star in Anaconda (1997) and Out of Sight (1998), later establishing herself as the highest-paid Latin actress in Hollywood.

Football legend Julie Fleeting has been inducted into Scottish Sports Hall of Fame.The trailblazing striker joins the country's best athletes in the illustrious hall of fame, which now features over 101 names.The Kilwinning footballer spent nine years at English club Arsenal and was the first Scot to play as a full-time professional in the US women’s game (WUSA), playing for San Diego Spirit.Julie, 42, won the Scottish Women's League title with Ayr and 17 major trophies with Arsenal, including the UEFA Women’s Cup, seven consecutive league titles and five FA Women’s Cups.She is Scotland’s record goal scorer, earning 121 caps and scoring 116 goals between her debut in 1996, at the age of 15, and retirement in 2015, and captained her country for eight years.Julie was awarded an MBE in 2008 and entered the Scottish Football Hall of Fame in 2018.Along with Julie, shinty legend Ronald Ross became the latest Scots to be inducted into the Scottish Sports Hall of Fame.

Congratulating the two newest inductees, as part of the Scottish Sports Awards, delivered in partnership with Team Scotland, at the Glasgow Science Centre, Mel Young, chair of sportscotland, said: “I am delighted that two athletes of the calibre of Julie Fleeting and Ronald Ross have been recognised for their exceptional achievements and inducted into the Scottish Sports Hall of Fame.“Throughout their careers Julie and Ronald have been trailblazers for their sports and have represented the very best of Scottish sport on the world stage.
