Florence & The Machine have teased the release of a brand new song, taken from a new expansion of their UK Number 1 album, Dance Fever.

The fifth album from the English alt-pop band entered at the top of the Official Albums Chart in May last year, becoming Florence Welsh et.al's fourth chart-topping LP.

They previously reached the summit with Lungs (2009), Ceremonials (2011) and How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful (2015) and have one UK Number 1 single, thanks to Calvin Harris' buoyant reworking of Spectrum, while Florence herself scored a solo Number 1 single with another Calvin collab, Sweet Nothing.

Florence herself has been hinting over the last few years that the 'next chapter' of Dance Fever is imminent, and her latest post on social media sees her stomping through a gothic church ground (very apt) as a small snippet of the new song plays.
