Fitness expert shares four morning exercises to do for 'better posture'

However, one personal trainer and fitness expert has revealed a new routine that may be exactly what we all need.The expert advises setting your alarm a little earlier and getting your workout in first thing, with this also helping to better your posture. “Morning exercise can improve productivity and focus, boost energy levels and help you maintain better posture,” says PT and fitness expert, Laura Williams.“And whether you spend the day at your desk or on your feet, working the muscles of the core is an important addition to any exercise routine,” she continues. “Weak core muscles can make it easier to pick up poor posture habits that might lead to aches and pains.

A weak core can also leave you more vulnerable to injury.“A strong core, on the other hand, not only makes everyday movements easier, it improves stability and can improve sporting performance.”To help make things easy to follow, the PT explains the exercises to include, how to do them and the way they can help improve your overall health, suggesting you add the following routine to your morning run or walk before starting off your day.
