Snow is set to blast Scotland this week as the Met Office has issued a warning ahead of snowfall that could reach up to 10cm.

Certain areas are expected to be hit with blizzard conditions and those driving or using public transport should consider preparing ahead of time.

This means that affected areas could be hit with snow - and the potential disruption that it may cause - for the entire day.
