The producer of popular TV shows Euphoria and The Idol tragically died on Sunday after suffering a 'medical emergency' while driving.

Despite being rushed to hospital, Kevin sadly didn't survive. Edward, Kevin's dad, and his friend Michael Heller told US website TMZ that Kevin was driving his son home from a tennis match when the incident occurred. They were quick to confirm that drugs and alcohol were not involved in Kevin's sudden death.

But the authorities are still investigating what could have caused the medical emergency. Edward confirmed the sad news of his son's passing in a statement to Deadline, saying: "Kevin was so incredibly special, this world is going to be less without him." Jay Penske, CEO of Penkse Media Corporation and a close friend of Kevin, also shared a heartfelt message.
