Emmerdale star issues update following surgery after being hospitalised four times in past year

Posing in a hospital gown, he penned a heartfelt message: "Was in hospital last week to have a small procedure/surgery and was feeling quite reflective. "I've been in hospital for four different reasons in the last year and, luckily, I'm fine and doing well.
I feel so unbelievably grateful for the NHS, the wonderful care workers we have looking after us, and the tireless level of dedication and support that they offer.
Legends." Simon's post drew immediate support from his soap family, with Fiona Wade, who played Emmerdale's Priya Sharma, commenting: "Hope you're okay darling, sending love!" Meanwhile, Bhavna Limbachia, who played Coronation Street's Rana Nazir, sent her best wishes: "Sending love and healing your way." Her co-star from Coronation Street, Jordan Ford Silver, well-known for his role as Emma Brooker's boyfriend Jon Spear in 2022, chimed in with: "Hope you're all good brother, sending love", reports the Daily Star.
