Chas Dingle is back in Emmerdale next week as she gets ready for her cancer treatment, but she returns with news that rocks her closest family members.
ITV viewers will see Chas reveal to her family the cause of her cancer is the faulty BRCA2 gene. Brothers Cain and Caleb and her son Aaron are then left blindsided to learn there’s a high likelihood they could have it too and are further rocked by the realisation they could pass it on to their children.
Later, as Chas prepares to go see Mandy for her birthday, she pushes Aaron to make an appointment for his gene test referral.
He’s evasive and left uneasy at her unrelenting pressure.
