Since then, she's been participating in the Strictly Come Dancing tour alongside her fellow castmates and former finalists, reports the Mirror.Taking to social media, Ellie opened up on the fact her Strictly journey will be over in just a few days - as the cohort of stars are set to take to the stage for the last time this weekend at the 02 Arena in London - leaving her in floods of tears.In a clip, Ellie emotionally said: "Hello everyone, just wanted to come on to catch up because I haven't been on (Instagram) that much and there's a lot to unfold.
First of all, I just want to say thank you all so much for all your messages about the Strictly tour. I can't believe that in a couple of days, it's going to be over.She added: "If I think about it too much I cry so I try not to think too much about the end.
But thank you all so much, I'm so glad that everyone who's been to see the show has enjoyed it. We have loved putting on a performance for you all every night."The Strictly winner also took the time to thank fans for congratulating her on her new West End role.
