Edinburgh woman 'suffers panic attack' after hooded prowlers seen trying doors outside flat

dailyrecord.co.ukAn Edinburgh woman has been left feeling "unsafe in her own home" after two hooded prowlers were caught lurking outside her flat.
The woman, who has asked not to be identified, has shared CCTV footage of the suspicious duo as they inspected doors in the communal stairwell.
The incident took place in the Meadowbank area of Edinburgh on Thursday, August 24, at around 8.20am. The camera footage shows a short white male dressed entirely in black peering into the doorway of a property.
He was joined by a blonde female who was also wearing dark-coloured clothing and black sunglasses. The concerned resident told Edinburgh Live that she feared for her own safety, as well as a number of vulnerable residents in the building.
