EastEnders fans 'work out' Emma is not Lola's mum as they 'expose' identity twist

Facing the bleak reality of an incurable brain tumour, Lola has been spending as much time as she can with Emma, but after missing the majority of her own daughter Lexi's presentation, she's trying to cut down on their meetings.
However, Emma hasn't taken the news too well, planting a secret message in Lexi's locket when her dying mum's back was turned.
It consisted of a mysterious number, which has now inspired online conspiracy theorists to get their thinking caps on. "I don't think she's Lola's mum.
