Drugs and car seized as police arrest two men on street

Two males were arrested on suspicion of drugs offences in Ardwick this morning. Officers stopped a vehicle on Bennett Street just before 11.10am on Thursday.

Multiple police vehicles were spotted on the scene by eyewitnesses. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police said two males were on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B drugs.

Officers seized 'a quantity of suspected cannabis' as well as a vehicle.
