Diddy Files For Bond AGAIN After Being Denied Twice -- Will The New Judge Grant It?
perezhilton.comDiddy is still fighting to get out of jail! As Perezcious readers know, since his arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering charges in mid-September, the rapper has been trying to get released on bail.
However, his requests have been denied twice amid accusations of alleged witness tampering and obstruction of justice. Now, with a new judge overseeing his case, his legal team is hoping that their appeal attempts will be more successful!
As we’ve covered, in Puff Daddy’s second bail request, he offered up $50 million. He also promised to have the security team at his Miami Beach home submit logs of all visitors every night while limiting visits to family, professional caretakers, and friends who are not co-conspirators in the indictment.
Plus, he wouldn’t let any female guests on his property (aside from family) and even proposed weekly drug testing. He really tried everything he could think of — and it was still denied!
