Dancing On Ice viewers complained after the popular celebrity skating show appeared to be interrupted by a breaking news announcement.
Some fans of the show thought that the skit as part of Mollie Gallagher and Sylvain Longchambon's Ghostbusters performance was 'insensitive' in the light of today's developments in the case of missing mum Nicola Bulley.
Dancing On Ice went all out for a Movie Week, and to set the scene for Coronation Street star Mollie and Sylvain's high energy skate starring the pair as ghostbusters, the show beamed a fake breaking news report by ITV newsreader Lucrezia Millarini., who was a contestant on Dancing On Ice in 2020.
