Coronation Street star Alan Halsall has made an honest admission about working on the show ahead of a huge milestone. The actor is best known to fans for playing Tyrone Dobbs in the ITV soap having made his Weatherfield debut, aged 15, in November 1998.
The delinquent son of Jackie Dobbs, or so he thought, left his mother and her difficult ways behind at the age of 16 and trained as an apprentice mechanic under Kevin Webster and 10 years later ended up buying half the business.
Throughout the years fans of the ITV soap have seen much of Tyrone's storylines focused on his relationships. However, as Corrie fans, and Tyrone, have recently found out, that is not the case and Cassie Plummer came bounding onto the cobbles and revealed to Tyrone that she's his biological mum.
