Coronation Street's Will Mellor shares 'last' update as fans rush to respond to latest move

Coronation Street fans have been left delighted as Will Mellor shared an update on his latest move. Viewers of the ITV soap have seen the actor appearing on and off from behind bars as his character Harvey Gaskell continues to cause trouble on the cobbles despite being in prison.

But it's not Weatherfield where you'd have found Will recently as he's been busy filming his next TV gig in Ireland. The 46-year-old revealed earlier this month that he was filming in the Emerald Isle and shared a beautiful video of his view and told his followers that he was filming a four-part drama for Channel 5.

He also confirmed his co-stars as being former EastEnders actress Kara Tointon and ex-Hollyoaks favourite Emmett J. Scanlan, who recently appeared in Netflix hit Fool Me Once. Now, Will has offered a further update as the former Two Pints of Lager star shared a string of selfies of himself, Kara and Emmett as they bring their latest project to a close.

He wrote to his 588,000 followers: "Last week filming with these 2 top actors @kara_tointon and @scandalous_13. Out later this year on @channel5_tv! #drama." And the star's fans and followers were quick to respond to the new update.
