Coronation Street star Lisa George has been applauded for her move away from the cobbles as she revealed she's learning a 'new skill'.

The actress is best known for playing Beth Sutherland in the ITV soap but it's not the first time she's shown off some of the work she does away from Weatherfield.

Lisa has shared a few posts on social media when finding herself in the studio booth doing voiceovers. In one of her recent posts, the soap star can be seen smiling for the camera from the booth before another snap showed her holding onto the script she was reading from. "Another day recording the audio for @dreamwalls personal story of living with ADHD," she started the caption of her post. "Absolutely loving doing this and learning more about the struggles of a girl with neurodiversity and dyslexia.

All under the watchful guidance of @rich.odonoghue. READ MORE: Coronation Street's Claire Sweeney supported as she shares 'lovely memories' after sad death READ MORE: Read more of our Coronation Street stories here "Love this studio, 'the mothership' as I call it.
