Aaron, played by James Craven, is currently involved in a storyline with Amy, played by Elle Mulvaney as he raped her a few weeks ago after she passed out after drinking.
Amy was unable to give consent to Aaron due to her intoxicated state on the evening of the assault. Aaron hasn’t been affected by the incident and carried on with his day-to-day life and was convinced that Amy wanted to have sex just as much as he did.
It took a while for Amy to come to terms with the trauma as she struggled with the aftermath of the assault. She is not only finding it hard to manage her trauma, but on top of that she is also dealing with the stresses of university life and being behind on her studies.
