Christine McGuinness’ career went from strength to strength in 2023 – and it’s set to get even busier for her this year. After fronting her own BBC documentary, Christine McGuinness: Unmasking My Autism, and writing her first children’s book, Amazing Me, Amazing You, the 35-year-old has now launched her own lifestyle range with B&M.

But her favourite – and most important – job of all is being a mum to her three children, twins Leo and Penelope, 10, and seven-year-old Felicity. “The love that you feel for these little people, it’s incredible.

It’s overwhelming sometimes,” Christine gushes. “Felicity went on her first little playdate at somebody’s house at the weekend. "I’ve never done that before.

On the way home when I picked her up, she reached over and held my hand and went, ‘Mummy you’re still my best friend.’ It’s little things like that.The love from them is just amazing.” However, motherhood also comes with its challenges, and Christine admits she finds juggling work “hard”. “It doesn’t get easier, but as the children have matured, they’ve got more used to me going away to work.The first five years of their lives I wouldn’t leave them for a minute.
