Chris Evans shared a special fact about his beloved dog Dodger and the inspiration for his name.
The 41-year-old Captain America star adopted him back in 2015 while filming a movie in an animal shelter and referred to the adoption as “the best decision of my life” last year.
During a recent interview, he opened up about how he named the dog, and the way that a less well-known Disney movie inspired him. He was a little orphan. You know, the Artful Dodger is kind of that… I wish I could just say it was a Charles Dickens reference.
