Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

The dancer, who joined the BBC One dance contest in 2021, signed up to the ITV's reboot of the reality series which kicked off earlier this week.
Those joining Nikita in the iconic house were X Factor judges Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh, Coronation Street actor Colson Smith, businessman and Dragons' Den alumni Levi Roots and broadcaster and author Fern Britton.
