Carol Vorderman says 'thank God' as she reveals how she spent week at home

The TV presenter, 62, posted a series of pictures for her Instagram followers saying she hoped they "had a good one" too. Carol's photos showed her in the gym in front of a range of weights and equipment, as well as at an NHS centre where she went to give blood.
She captioned the pictures by saying: "BACK IN THE GYM thank God Easing back in @the.gymset and @coachingbychar. Have had a whole week at home for the first time since Christmas because of work!!
