Former Strictly Come Dancing star James Jordan has been supported by fans as he told them he'd suffered a 'horrible day' that resulted in a hospital dash with his young daughter.

The dancer was heartbroken on Tuesday morning (February 20) as he reacted to the news of the death of former co-star Robin Windsor.

The fellow dancer, who appeared on Strictly from 2010 to 2014, was tragically confirmed to have passed away at the age of 44 prompting a wave of shock and grief.

James, who was on the dance show from 2006 until 2013, was among the first to pay tribute to Robin, writing on social media: "I had the pleasure of working with this man for many years on Strictly - I have such fond memories of him.
