BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty has apologised to fans as she posted a rare picture from a night out with friends. Naga, 47, has a busy work schedule between her presenting role on BBC Radio 5 Live and fronting BBC Breakfast Thursday to Sunday each week.

But on Tuesday night, the star managed to find time for a night out with her pals at a restaurant in West London. Taking to her Instagram, Naga shared a snap of the table as they enjoyed a delicious dessert and an after dinner shot.

She wrote: "Not the best picture (I know!) But it tells the story of a brilliant evening with friends, great food and dangerous home-made grappa." Naga's fans were happy to see her out enjoying herself, with one writing: "Not much food left so must have been nice which is what it is all about, with good friends and grappa to boot !"
