Ana De-Armas
Ana Celia de Armas Caso (born 30 April 1988) is a Cuban actress. She began her career as a teenager in her native Cuba and most notably had a leading role in the romantic drama Una rosa de Francia (2006). At the age of 18, she moved to Madrid, Spain and starred in the popular teen drama El Internado for six seasons from 2007 to 2010. After moving to Los Angeles, de Armas had English-speaking roles in the horror film Knock Knock (2015) and the crime drama War Dogs (2016). She had a supporting role in the sports biopic Hands of Stone (2016).

‘Ballerina’: Anjelica Huston Reprises ‘John Wick 3’ Role In Spinoff Starring Ana de Armas

Lionsgate is already filming their highly anticipated “John Wick” franchise spinoff “Ballerina” in Prague. The film, helmed by Len Wiseman (“Live Free Or Die Hard“) stars Ana de Armas (“The Gray Man”) as the deadly heroine.

Not long ago it was reported that the action pic would include some familiar faces with Keanu Reeves and Ian McShane showing up, which should add some connective tissue for audiences.

Well, they’re not the only ones returning for “Ballerina,” as The Hollywood Reporter has learned that veteran actress Anjelica Huston will be reprising the role of The Director from “John Wick 3.” This is yet another clue that the spinoff is going to be much more than simply an offshoot using the franchise’s branding.
