Ayr's biggest Freshers week kicks off with offerings for students including food and drink discounts

Beatbox Leisure are ready to put on a show this week, as Freshers’ 23 is set to take over the town.The team behind, Harleys, Vinyl, Printhouse and recently opened Irish bar, Mulligans, are gearing up for a huge week of events and activities, that they believe can rival the big guns in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
New and returning students to Ayrshire College's Ayr Campus and the University West of Scotland, Ayr, will be able to enjoy the festivities, including discounts on food and drink across the venues.
The 10-day event kicks off today (Monday), with a huge Freshers Fayre taking centre stage at Harleys. The Fayre will feature local pop ups including Fit-Ba, Phoenix Hair and Beauty and Ayr United.
