The world of cooking is mourning the loss of celebrity chef Bill Granger, who sadly passed away on Christmas Day at a hospital in London.The Australian food pioneer, known for his appearances on BBC's Bill's Food and as a guest judge on MasterChef Australia, was 54 when he died.

His family have revealed he died from cancer, which he had been battling for several months prior to his death. Sharing the heartbreaking news they wrote that he "died peacefully in hospital" with his wife Natalia Elliott and their three daughters, Edie, Ines and Bunny, at his bedside.
