Former footballer Alex, 39, and singer Jess, 34, finally made their red carpet debut at the event, after being romantically linked for several months and even being spotted sharing a kiss.
Alex looked incredible in a white gown at the star-studded event on Thursday, which feature a double breasted blazer and a long skirt with a split up the front.
She wore her hair in a sleek straight style and added a pop of colour with a statement red lip. Meanwhile Jess looked chic in black tailored trousers and an oversized blazer, which she paired with a white shirt and a bow tie, worn undone.The singer opted for dark smokey eye make-up and wore her hair slicked back with statement black earrings.
