Aldi confirms exact date it will scrap service leaving shoppers "disappointed"

Aldi has confirmed the exact date it will get rid of its wine and Specialbuys online home delivery service. The budget supermarket giant confirmed that the services will come to an end on July 10.

It means customers will no longer have the ability to order cheap wine cases or order Specialbuys to be delivered straight to their doorstep.

Despite the major change, Aldi will still allow shoppers to use its grocery click and collect service so online shops can be picked up in store.

Customers received an update this week on the Aldi app which read: "Like take Take That, the Creme Egg Mcflurry and a Freddo for 10p, all good things must come to an end.
