Adam Thomas has opened up about the 'frustrating' part of his Strictly Come Dancing journey, being part of the show's 'bubble' and where he hopes to get to in the BBC One dance contest.

The Manchester-born star is among the nine celebrities left in the show alongside dance partner Luba Mushtuk. Adam has been improving week-on-week in the eyes of the judges and his recent magic-themed American smooth to Magic Moments by Perry Como during the show's Halloween special received a total score of 32 points.

Speaking exclusively to the Manchester Evening News from the training room with Luba, Adam shared how ahead of Saturday night's show (November 4), the pair were a day behind due to him having to go into work on Waterloo Road.
