Strictly Come Dancing viewers have been left furious on Angela Scanlon's behalf as they claimed she had been 'screwed over' during her latest appearance in the ballroom.

The Irish TV presenter was back on Saturday night (November 4) after making it through to week seven of the BBC One dance contest with dancer Carlos Gu.

Angela and Carlos delivered an energetic samba to Ain’t It Funny by Jennifer Lopez during the latest live show. During the performance Angela donned a red flamenco-style dress with a black corset and detailing while her partner sported a black and white polka dot shirt.

But despite their best efforts, the pair only landed a score of 27 leaving them joint bottom of the leader board with actor Adam Thomas and his professional dance partner Luba Mushtuk.
