South Lanarkshire Council is reminding East Kilbride residents of the upcoming by-election next month.There will be a by-election held on July 6 for East Kilbride West, locals are being reminded to ensure they are registered to vote.Those who wish to apply for a postal vote or make changes to their postal or proxy arrangements by Wednesday June 21 at 5pm.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
